Tiddwell, LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Tiddwell," "we," "us," or "our"), provides rental-income and expense-tracking tools, including data categorization and reporting features aligned with IRS Schedule E for convenience. If you choose to connect a financial account, we receive transaction data through third-party financial data aggregation services. We do not store full bank account numbers. Bank accounts are represented only by user-created labels and the last four digits for identification. This may include transaction amounts, merchant names, dates and metadata, and account balance and routing data as provided by the aggregator.

We do not receive or store your financial-institution login credentials.

Your use of bank-feed integrations is governed by the applicable third-party provider's privacy policy.

We do not use your Inputs to sell Personal Information or engage in cross-context behavior advertising. Outputs may depend on the accuracy and completeness of your Inputs and any imported transaction data.

Note: Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing all Outputs before using them for tax filings, reporting, accounting, or financial decisions. Tiddwell does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

Authentication information is processed according to Auth0's privacy policy. We use Stripe to process payment transactions, and Stripe handles all payment card information according to its own privacy policy. Tiddwell does not store full payment card numbers.

We do not knowingly sell, rent, or trade Personal Information and we do not use Personal Information for advertising or cross-context behavioral targeting.

E. Retention, Confidentiality, and Security

We retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. We use industry-standard physical, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials, using secure devices, and keeping browser and security software updated.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest. If a security breach occurs, we may contact you via email or through the Services.

When you delete records within the Services without deleting your entire account, the records may be soft deleted and retained temporarily to preserve reporting and financial integrity. Soft-deleted data is permanently removed when your account is deleted. If you delete your account with us, we use commercially reasonable efforts to delete all of your Personal Information from our Services.

F. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older, consistent with our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We make reasonable efforts to comply with the privacy laws of the U.S. and make no representation that this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service comply with the laws of any other jurisdiction. If you choose to visit the Services, you do so at your own initiative and at your own risk and you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and you waive any causes of action, suits, penalties, fines, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorneys' fees ("Claims") that may arise under such local laws.

International Visitors

Tiddwell is based in the United States. The Services are intended for U.S. users only. We do not direct the Services to individuals in the EU or UK, and GDPR does not apply to our processing. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you agree that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may also transfer your data, including Personal Information, from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Services. By providing any information, including Personal Information, to us, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

You may export a backup of your Company data at any time using the export functionality within the Services.
